All prices listed reflect the cost of clinician time, expertise, and services only. Any lab tests, imaging, or prescription medications are billed separately by the pharmacy, lab, or diagnostic provider. We do not accept insurance. However, we are happy to provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Therapeutic procedures and injections (e.g., Botox, nerve blocks) are offered only when clinically appropriate, following a consultation. Pricing is subject to change based on evolving standards of care, medication availability, or administrative adjustments. We will always notify current patients in advance of any pricing changes. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee, as outlined in our cancellation policy.
