No referral is needed. You can schedule directly with us—we’re a concierge-style, cash-pay practice designed for convenience and access.

We do not bill insurance. This allows us to spend more time with each patient, offer personalized care, and avoid third-party constraints. You may submit receipts for out-of-network reimbursement if applicable.

Monthly membership includes ongoing access to your clinician, prescription management, follow-up messaging, care plan adjustments, and extended visits when needed. Procedures or brief touch-base visits may be billed separately if outside the scope.

Yes. We offer comprehensive initial consults without requiring a monthly membership. You’re welcome to book a single visit to discuss your symptoms, review your options, and determine the best care path forward.

We take a personalized, evidence-based approach to hormone therapy, symptom management, and long-term health. No pellets, no hype—just real answers rooted in current science and your goals.

We do not offer hormone pellets, as they are not evidence-based and carry significant risks. We do offer testosterone therapy in select states. Due to DEA regulations, testosterone availability may vary—please ask if it’s available in your state.

We are a telehealth-first practice serving patients in multiple states. In-person care may be available for select services. Contact us for details about your state.

We offer longer visits, faster access, and ongoing support. You won’t be rushed or brushed off. This model allows us to address complex or nuanced concerns that often get missed in short, traditional appointments.
